Condolence: Sally and Bill were military friends and neighbours in Minot whose friendship I valued and enjoyed. We remained connected with yearly updates but this years message is different and I will miss her personal notes. I admired Sally’s passion, commitment, and dedication to her Native American projects, activities, and her family. While her earthly presence will be missed, she has left a legacy of accomplishments in those areas that will continue to benefit the individuals she cared so much about.
